The Beautiful Mushroom Cultivated at Lion & Oyster

We currently grow Lion’s Mane, Tarragon Oyster and Yellow Oyster mushrooms — with more seasonal varieties to come.

Lions Mane

Delicate, slightly sweet and incredible for “pulled” textures, scallop-style searing or creamy sauces.

Yellow Oyster

Bright, eye-catching mushroom with delicate, thin caps and a subtle, almost nutty flavour.

Tarragon Oyster

Versatile, savoury mushroom with wide caps and tender stems that crisp up beautifully in the pan.

Where to Find Our
Mushrooms

You can meet us in person at the Zug Altstadtmarkt or pick up fresh mushrooms directly at our farm in Luzern. In the future, you’ll also find Lion & Oyster in selected local shops and on restaurant menus in the region.

Zug Altstadtmarkt

You’ll find us most weekends at the Zug Altstadtmarkt with fresh Lion’s Mane and Oyster mushrooms. We often sell out early, so pre-ordering is the best way to make sure your mushrooms are waiting for you.
