Mushrooms are harvested to order in Luzern and delivered or picked up shortly after. No long storage, no tired caps — just crisp, juicy mushrooms ready for service.

Direct Communication with Growers
You’ll find our mushrooms in home kitchens, at the Zug Altstadtmarkt, and on the menus of select restaurants.
Lions Mane
Whole or cut, ideal for “scallop”-style searing, tasting menus and plant-focused dishes. Great for confit, pan-roasting or shredding for texture.
Tarragon Oyster
Cluster or portioned. Excellent for sautés, pastas, risottos and meat or fish garnishes. Holds structure, develops deep umami when browned.
Yellow Oyster
Visually striking caps for finishing plates, vegetable courses or colour in mixed mushroom dishes.
Seasonal Mushrooms
Depending on demand and season, we grow a variety of other mushrooms, like the chestnut or pink oyster mushroom.
Availability & Ordering
We grow our mushrooms to order for our restaurant partners.
To ensure consistent quality and supply, we plan production together with chefs several weeks ahead.
Here’s how it works:
Regular Orders:
For ongoing menu items, we arrange a weekly order quantity 4 weeks in advance so we can cultivate exactly what your kitchen needs. This guarantees freshness, consistency, and reliable weekly volumes.
Weekly Harvest Day:
We currently harvest once a week, on Fridays, and deliver all confirmed orders on the same day to ensure maximum freshness.
Small Tests & Tastings:
If you’d like to try our mushrooms for a new dish or tasting menu, we can usually provide small test quantities on short notice depending on what’s currently fruiting.
Pick Up & Delivery
Delivery inside Luzern (within 5 km):
Free of charge for confirmed weekly orders.
Delivery beyond 5 km:
Possible with a small delivery fee depending on distance.
Farm Pickup:
You’re always welcome to pick up your order directly at our farm in Luzern at an agreed time.
We’ll always discuss the simplest option with you — nothing is complicated or formal.
Our goal is to make sure you get fresh mushrooms exactly when you need them.
FAQ for Chefs
What quantities can you supply?
For restaurants, we can usually supply 3-10 kg of each variety per week, depending on the restaurant’s needs. For larger orders, we’re happy to plan with you.
Do you offer samples or tastings?
Yes. If you’re considering adding our mushrooms to your menu, we can arrange a small sample delivery or a tasting at your kitchen or our farm.
Do you work with seasonal specials?
From time to time, we grow small batches of other specialty mushrooms. These appear first in the chef newsletter.
If you are looking for a specific mushroom variety, please don’t hesitate to contact us, and we’ll be happy to discuss growing them to meet your specific needs.
What is your lead time for regular orders?
For regular weekly orders, we plan production about four weeks in advance so we can grow exactly what your kitchen needs. For test quantities, shorter notice is often possible.
